My Story...

Hi, I’m Lori  - a certified Life Coach, a licensed minister, a survivor, and a passionate advocate for women reclaiming their power. “Beauty for Ashes. Strength for Sorrow. Purpose from Pain.” is a reflection of my own journey.

For years, I walked a path that many women will recognize. I experienced the heartbreak of betrayal, the pain of of toxic relationships, the loss of my mother and the slow process of losing myself along the way.

I went through a divorce after a 35-year marriage and faced the unexpected loss of a job I had dedicated 25 years of my life to. I’ve known grief, confusion, and the overwhelming question of “what now?” when life as I knew it fell apart.

But I’ve also come to know something else -  healing - clarity, and the quiet strength that comes from rebuilding yourself from the inside out.

This journey has taught me that pain does not have to be the end of the story.  It can be the beginning of something new. I've learned how to turn my wounds into wisdom, how to meet myself with compassion instead of criticism, and to slowly create a life that feels more aligned and authentic.

My years serving women and children through care ministry in the church have given me a front-row seat to what it looks like when people go through real pain and slowly find their way forward again.  I've witnessed what happens when a woman feels safe enough to tell the truth, rebuild, and take her life back, one step at
a time. That's something I don't just believe, it's something I've seen and carried with me.

Today, I walk with women who are ready to rise. Whether you’re healing from abuse, untangling a toxic relationship, or simply trying to hear your own voice again, you don't have to do it alone.

My coaching is personal, and rooted in real conversation. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here. I believe in your story, your strength, and your ability to build a life that feels whole again.

As we walk together I may share pieces of my own story along the way, because this is personal for me too.

The next chapter is yours. And when you are ready, I'll walk with you as you turn the page. You don't have to walk this road alone.
