My Story...

Hi, I’m Lori  - a certified Life Coach, a licensed minister, a survivor, and a passionate advocate for women reclaiming their power. “Beauty for Ashes. Strength for Sorrow. Purpose from Pain.”
 
For years, I walked a path that many of my clients know all too well. I’ve experienced the heartbreak of betrayal, the confusion of toxic relationships, the death of my mother and the deep pain of losing myself in the process. I went through a divorce after a 35-year marriage and faced the unexpected loss of a job I’d dedicated 25 years of my life to. I’ve known grief, heartache, and the overwhelming question of “what now?” when life as I knew it was suddenly gone.
 
But I’ve also experienced something else — the strength that comes from healing, the clarity born out of self-discovery, and the fierce joy of stepping back into my worth.
 
This journey is what brought me here today, and it has taught me this; pain doesn't have to be the end of the story.  It can be the beginning of a new story. 

I've learned how to turn my wounds into wisdom, how to meet myself with compassion instead of criticism, and how to create a life aligned with who I truly am, and that's what I want for you, too. 
 
Along the way, my work as a licensed minister and years spent serving women and children through care ministry gave me a front-row seat to the resilience of the human spirit. It showed me how powerful it can be when women come together, tell the truth, and begin to rebuild - piece by piece  -  lives that feel whole and free.
 
Today, I work with women who are ready to rise. Whether you’re navigating the aftermath of abuse, untangling the threads of a toxic relationship, or simply trying to hear your own voice again - I’m here to walk beside you.
 
My coaching approach is warm, intuitive, and deeply personalized. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in you - your story, your strength, and your God-given ability to create a life that feels authentic, empowered, and free.
